The Georgia Stars Milledgeville continue their strong start to the 2017 travel season with a 59-52 win over Georgia Impact to claim the 16 and under Silver Championship at the Norman Parker Showcase. 

The middle Georgia team had an impressive 18 points from Stevin Greene (Morgan County) and 17 points from Reginald Reynolds (Hancock Central). Devin Butts pumped in 9 points in the win. 

The Stars are now 7-2 in HoopSeen events on the year. 

Georgia Impact made a healthy comeback in the second half, cutting the game to one possession several times but could never get over the hump. Rashad Elliott got the rim whenever and however he wanted throughout the game. He finsished with 10 points in the game. Bailey and Randon were also key in the team's offensive attack.
