Alabama Steel 47 vs God’s Property 38
Slow shooting start for both teams. Steel SG Davis Holbert scored in a variety of ways in the first half, getting to the rack and shooting from deep vs GP’s 2-3 zone. God's Property had trouble scoring outside of 13 points each from Nicholas Griffin and Tyler Wagner.
Team Power 70, Tennessee Fury 67
Jefferson County products Johnny Kittles and Kyran Jenkins come up big in the win over Tennessee Fury. Kittles, a smooth 6-foot PG put up 12 in each half while Jenkins finished with 17. The team from Tennessee hit twelve threes in the game but late free throws clinched the win for Team Power.
Kingdom Warriors Academy 71, Below the Rim 68
Despite all of Malik Cooper’s 27 points coming in the second half and overtime, Below the Rim wasn't able to come up with the win against Kingdom Warriors Academy. Kendarius Buckley put up 16 while Dylan Brown added 15 second half points.
14U
Warner Robbins All-Stars 46, Jacksonville Magic 43
With only five players, Jacksonville magic manage to force Warner Robbins All-Stars into overtime behind a game-high 18 points from James Repass. Ivan Lawson’s 14 points kept the Magic in it early, but the All-Stars’ press eventually wore out the team from Jacksonville. Free throws from Andrew Grane III sealed the win for Warner Robbins.
RSD Red 61, Mississippi Hawks Bailey 18
Blowout for RSD Red over a younger Mississippi Hawks team. Konata Werts put up 14 and Quanterius Lusk added 10.
