Atlanta Xpress take 17U Silver at NPS

In a game that the Smyrna Stars led for nearly 26 minutes of game time, the Atlanta Xpress pulled out a tight win 64-62.
Trevin Wade made two steals in the final 15 seconds to win the game for the Xpress after a game tying 3-pointer from Tae Hardy. Hardy led the Xpress with 16 points followed by 14 from Jay Estime and 13 from Wade. Wade had 6 steals in the game but none were bigger than the two he had late to seal the win. Despite not having Isaiah Kelly due to injury and Khavon Moore not being able to find his rhythm (4 points), the Xpress still managed to pull out the win.
Jamorie Copeland topped all scorers with 21 in a losing effort for the Smyrna Stars. Other standouts for the Stars included Strantavious Smith with 17 points and 7 rebounds and Marcal Knolton with 7 points and 14 rebounds.
