Live Summer Festival Profile: Scootie Bryant
Jacksonville Magic and Providence (FL) point guard Zach “Scootie” Bryant has become one of the more highly touted point guards in Florida in 2017.
Bryant is a great athlete that plays with a grit, tenacity, and offensive aggression in his game that is special to watch and has drawn the attention from a number of schools.
“UAB, Clemson, and Iowa State are coming after me the hardest right now,” Bryant said.
Two of those head coaches, Clemson’s Brad Brownell and UAB’s Rob Ehsan were on hand to watch Bryant on Wednesday night of the Live Summer Festival.
“My conformability with the school and the staff is important,” Bryant said about the deciding factors in his eventual decision.
Bryant scored twenty points tonight at Live Summer Festival against Upward Stars with a number of coaches including Brownell, Ehsan, and Murray State, who has also offered and is actively recruiting the Jacksonville Magic guard.
