In one of the most anticipated game of the Atlanta Jam, the Georgia Stars took on PSB Select Elite for the 16U Black bracket championship. 

It was a slow start to the game, but things picked up quickly and the marquis players proved their worth. Will Richardson's offense carried the Stars through the first half, as he scored 15 first half points. He was matched by Hunter Tyson of PSB, who scored 9 points in the half. 

In the second half, Stars big man Mohammed Abdulsalem joined in on the action, scoring inside and rebounding at a high rate. Will Richardson also continued his scoring ways, Caleb Holyfield added a few buckets, and the Stars clamped down on defense, pulling away to win the game 64-50. 

"We want to come together as a team and get better. We use these events to come together for the tournaments down the line," Richardson said about the Stars. 

Richardson scored 21 to lead the Stars. Hunter Tyson finished with 9 for PSB.
