First Team All-Camp: Elite 72
The inaugural HoopSeen Elite 72 was filled with energy, talent, and young stars who made lasting impressions. From dominant frontcourt forces to dynamic guards, this event showcased some of Georgia’s brightest young prospects — players who not only impacted their teams but also solidified themselves as names to remember moving forward.
2028 KD Hernandez
KD Hernandez had the entire staff buzzing with how smooth his game was. His pace and explosiveness made him nearly impossible to guard, getting downhill or rising up for pull-ups whenever he wanted. Each time he touched the ball, it felt like a bucket was coming. A natural scorer with advanced shot creation ability, Hernandez is poised for a breakout sophomore year — one that will undoubtedly attract college attention as his recruitment starts to heat up.
2028 Asher Sheppard
The energy Asher Sheppard brought to the floor was unmatched. He was a star in his role — finishing everything around the basket, altering shots, and hustling on every play. Sheppard’s interior dominance earned him First Team All-Camp honors, as he consistently controlled the paint on both ends. His rebounding, mobility, and above-the-rim play stood out all day, making him one of the most impactful big men in the gym.
2028 Ethan Smith
Ethan Smith’s leadership and intensity set the tone throughout camp. His energy was contagious — defending the best player on the opposing team, attacking downhill with power, and hitting smooth mid-range pull-ups. Smith used his strong frame to create contact and control matchups, showing toughness and a competitive edge that separated him from others. Simply put, if there was one player you’d want to go to war with in the gym, it was Ethan Smith.
2028 Jordan Agjene
Jordan Agjene might still be developing his full game, but one thing’s certain — he’s not afraid to work. The 6’9 forward in the class of 2028 brought energy, rebounded aggressively, and showed flashes of polished post play. His willingness to compete and improve stood out, and as his game matures, expect Agjene to take major leaps in the coming years.
2028 Baer Bailey
Baer Bailey displayed an impressive blend of size, skill, and versatility. At 6’8, he moved fluidly, shot the ball with confidence, and played with poise. His ability to operate both inside and on the perimeter made him a matchup nightmare. Defensively, Bailey held his own against guards and bigs alike. He’s a developing prospect who continues to make strides and is a name college coaches should keep tabs on.
