“This year's schedule is designed to fit the needs of all athletes. Our events cover grades as young as third to eleventh grade, with different variations in talent level and boys and girls programs,” Junard Hartley, Vice President of Team Operations for HoopSeen, said. “While keeping our flag planted in the South, we have added some new destinations to the calendar to give more variety to our stops this season.”

NCAA LIVE PERIOD EVENTS

There will be a shift in the NCAA Live Period in 2024. The spring dates in April will be no longer but pivoting to May 17-19. That will be the only NCAA Live Period for travel teams in the spring in 2024.

There are two NCAA Live Period weekends on the 2024 calendar for travel basketball teams. They are July 12-14 and July 19-21.

As is always the case, HoopSeen will provide a proven stage for travel teams to compete in front of college coaches.
The Atlanta Jam is a long-proven connecting event for teams and players with college coaches of every level. That event will take place May 17-19 at the historic Suwanee Sports Academy.

In July, we will provide three travel team tournaments for the NCAA Live Periods.

The Best of the South returns July 12-14. Year and year out, travel teams from across the world make their way to Atlanta to be at the epicenter of the college basketball recruiting landscape. The 2024 Best of the South will occur in Marietta, Georgia at the Cobb Galleria Centre. The venue is in the heart of Southeast's most exciting entertainment district. The venue is next to Truist Park, home of the Atlanta Braves, and The Battery. The area features several hotels and plenty of food and entertainment.

The following week (July 19-21), HoopSeen will offer two NCAA Live Period events.

We will return to Virginia Beach for the Grassroots Finale. We will once again partner with The HoopGroup at the expansive Virginia Beach Sports Center.

We are also proud to announce the addition of the Florida Jam in Wesley Chapel at the beautiful Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus just north of Tampa during the July 19-21 NCAA Live Period.

A SEASON DESIGNED FOR PREPARATION

With the NCAA Live Period being pushed back until mid-May, travel teams will have plenty of time to get their rosters right and fully prepared for the college coaches.

We will have plenty of events to help fine-tune your program. The Bama Jam, TNT Tip-Off (a new event in Knoxville, TN), HoopSeen Tip-Off, Grassroots Showcase, Bob Gibbons Tournament of Champions and Carolina Jam will all be tremendous tournaments to play like-minded and talented teams before stepping onto the court in front of college coaches.

THE CUP SERIES RETURNS

The Cup Series is back on the US Amateur Basketball platform and HoopSeen will continue to serve as the media partner for the Cup. Cup events will be held in Alabama, Florida and Georgia. Once again, these platforms are open for boys and girls programs in all age divisions.

“Consistency, elite venues and event operation across the southeast regardless of the stature or location of the event. That is what you can come to expect from our HoopSeen platform in 2024,” Daniel Paccione, HoopSeen VP of Operations/Tournament Director, said. “We always want to take into account ways to elevate our product. Which means listening to our customers and making smart decisions based on their wants and needs.”
