Staying at the top spot this ranking cycle is Illinois-bound guard Jayden Epps of Combine Academy. Epps was recently selected for The Iverson Classic, one of the most prestigious events in the country. He has helped Combine Academy maintain a top-10 ranking nationally for most of the season.

Making a big jump top to #2 in the latest rankings update is Liberty Heights forward Ezra Ausar. The 6-foot-8 forward was impressive when Liberty Heights claimed the Beach Ball Classic, prep division. He is an interesting prospect that can score off the dribble, can handle the ball, can lead the break off of rebounds and he has size and length.

Deante Green

At the #3 spot is Florida State-bound forward De'ante Green. The 6-foot-8 prospect from Asheville Christian recently went down with a torn ACL and will miss the rest of the season but the upside is there with Green and if he heals right, he could see some time as a freshman down in Tallahassee.

One of the biggest movers in this update was South Carolina signee Daniel Hankins-Sanford. The 6-foot-7 powerful forward jumped up nearly 15 spots to #4 in the latest rankings. His play this season at Chambers High School has been on par with earning state player of the year honors. He scored 31 points last week in a win over rival North Mecklenburg High School.

Another Combine Academy prospect lands at #5 with Virginia Tech signee Patrick Wessler. The big man is one of the top over 7-foot prospects in the country and should be able to make an immediate impact for Mike Young's program in Blacksburg, Virginia.

Rounding out the rest of the top-10 is NC State signee Liron Thomas. The Bull City Prep guard has been putting up big numbers all season and will be a scoring punch that Kevin Keatts and NC State will need after what looks like a rough off-season in Raleigh.

Another Virginia Tech signee and another prospect from Combine Academy. MJ Collins is going to be able to come in and make shots. Shot-making is what makes Mike Young's program run. The Hokies are the third-best shooting team in the country from beyond the three-point line and adding Collins will only help the transition from this year to next.

At #8 is probably one of the best recruiting hauls Cornell has picked up in the last few years with landing Cannon School forward DJ Nix. He is a threat from the outside and can bully his way to baskets in the paint. He is a high-academic prospect that found the right fit and will make an impact at Cornell instantly.

Christ Essandoko

The #9 spot goes to Providence recruit Christ Essandoko. He is s skilled big man with a soft touch around the rim and big hands. He runs the floor well for his size and should be able to come in and make an impact at the Rhode Island school. We saw him a lot this past travel season playing with Team Curry, coached by Sim Frazier and there is a lot to like with the native of France.

Elijah Jamison take the #10 spot. The skilled guard was named the Most Valuable Player at The Beach Ball Classic for prep teams and he was unstoppable at getting in the paint on a nightly basis. Jamison has a quick first-step and is crafty at finishing at the rim when he gets by defenders. Three things happen when he gets by his man, he scores, he gets to FT line or he gets the pass to a wide-open teammate.

BY THE NUMBERS

From the top-60 ranked players, 32 players remain unsigned.

From the top-60 ranked players, 6 players are heading to Power-5 Conferences
