Rolling. That's how Esyah Pippa-White is playing. The 6-foot guard from Gresham (OR) has been a threat nearly every game out this season. The class of 2023 prospect is putting people on notice in the Portland burbs.

Over his last five games he’s posting 24 points, 10.2 rebounds and 7.8 assists a game.

“I feel like I’m doing everything well this year. My rebounding and assists are up this year. I’m still scoring the ball,” Pippa-White said. “I went into the season wanting to display my overall game. But most important I wanted to be more of a leader.”

I would say just to keep that same mindset. Stay in the gym, put in extra work, extra hours. And just believe in myself and the rest will play out. I plan on playing with Dream Vision again

Pippa-White said he’s had a number of conversations with a variety of schools. The locals - Portland and Portland State - have called. So has San Francisco, Colorado State. Butler has called a couple of times. He recently took an unofficial visit to Oregon State.

What exactly is he looking for in a college home?

“I really want to go somewhere I’m loved,” he said. “I want a place I can grow as a basketball player and as a person as well. I want to have a connection with the coaches that I can trust and they can trust me. Great schooling and really good teammates is something I will be looking for. Really looking at what type of culture the program has.”

Pippa-White said he will suit up with Dream Vision on the travel circuit this year.
