2025 Atlanta Jam: Top Performers, Part I
SUWANEE, GA - The NCAA Live Period lives in the Peach State and the 2025 edition of the Atlanta Jam unveiled a number of players worthy of a deep dive on the recruiting front. Our staff rolls out part I of our top overall performers.
Cutter Sisk, Tennessee Tigers - This guy’s run over the course of the travel season with the Tennessee Tigers is going to go down as one of the most dominant we have seen on the HoopSeen Association circuit. EVERY time he plays, he is one of the best players on the floor. This weekend was no different. In front of a good number of college coaches, Sisk brought his A-game.
College coaches in July are going to see a guy that can stretch the floor, rebound, has great footwork and stays under-control in the paint. Once he catches the ball in the post, he has a full arsenal of moves that he can use to go right at the rim and make defenders leave the ground. He’s a fun player to watch and one that we have seen grow over the last couple of years into a college prospect. - Justin Byerly
Jamarcus Harrison, SW Stamp - Harrison has been good over the last couple of events and again this weekend at The Atlanta Jam. He’s a natural athlete with a handful of mid-major football offers but he looks the part out on the hardwood too.
He can score from all spots on the floor, he has a great first-step with quickness and he can shoot it. He uses that football mentality when playing basketball and can handle the physicality with ease. If he was in the right situation, I could see him being able to play two sports at the next level. - Justin Byerly
Chace North, All-In - A new face for me at The Atlanta Jam, North probably had the second-most dominating weekend behind the Tiger’s Sisk. This prospect from Carrollton, Georgia had games of 28 points, 31 points and 23 points during the first three games of the event. He is a strong two-way prospect that can defend and get going in the offense.
He was named All-Region out of Central High School and I think he is looking like he will be a college prospect. He has the athleticism, the strength and the physicality for the next level. - Justin Byerly
Jamari Bolden, Team Gold Coast - The 6-foot-1 guard thrives at getting downhill and attacking the rim. He scored from all spots on the floor this weekend and was one of the best guards we saw at Atlanta Jam.
Bolden is a physically strong prospect that can get through contact around the paint and has the strength to finish. Bolden continues his strong play this travel season and has been named a top performer for two weekends in a row including our prestigious Bob Gibbons Tournament of Champions.- Justin Byerly
Mekhi Barber, Norcross Heat - This Norcross Heat team had it rolling this weekend, going 4-0 with all four wins coming by double digits. Mekhi Barber was the engine behind that undefeated run with his consistent play. Standing at 6’5”, Barber did it all—from knocking down perimeter shots to pushing the break—and he really stepped it up on the defensive end. He closed out the first live period on a high note, and more coaches need to get out and see him soon. He’s a hidden gem in Georgia’s Class of 2026. - Mekhi McKinney
