Attracts attention with his quickness and dynamic first step. He is magical off the dribble, taking it all the way for a tough finish with either hand or dropping the short pull-up, he is a scoring threat every time he touches the rock. He gets maximum lift on his shot and has improved his outside shot since last season. He is defending better as well, becoming a very nice help defender who can poke the ball away with his quickness and burst. He is more of a scoring threat but has become aware of his role within the offense as a facilitator, showing some quick dimes to grateful teammates and providing the leadership that comes with this position. - Andre Whitehead
This lead guard turned some heads with his overall production at the Bob Gibbons TOC. Blessed with overt quickness and a mentality to win, Jackson showed some real scoring prowess off the dribble. No one player could stay in front of him and when the floor was spread, Mr. Jackson went to work. He is excellent at finishing in traffic, using either hand equally well and absorbing contact for the tough finish. His quickness and burst allow him to be a punishing defender, he hounds his opponent up and down the floor and will take the quick chance for the deflection or the steal. He is a score-first point guard but he has some passing skills that he showed when needed. The next phase of his maturation will be continuing to improve on that decision-making, getting everyone involved, as his presence instills confidence from his teammates. His outside shooting will also be an area he needs to improve, his trigger can be quick, so becoming more cognizant of the game situations will allow him to make better shooting decisions. - Andre Whitehead
David Clark has so much upside and plenty of potential that he hasn’t even tapped into yet too. He’s been showing his versatility with the Atlanta Allstars all spring. This program has a reputation for getting players to the next level and ensuring that they’re prepared when they get there, and David Clark is next up in that lineage. At 6-foot-7, he does a little bit of everything for this group. Skilled on the perimeter, and willing to put on his hard hat around the basket, Clark checks a lot of boxes and added some solid Bob Gibbons TOC games to his growing resume. - Josh Tec
Game Elite Blue had a good showing at the Bob Gibbons TOC, and since returning from an injury, Kennedy Warren has been playing as well as anyone for them. He was good again on the big stage. He can heat up from the 3-point line and pour it on from deep when he’s on. Warren uses his shooting threat to his advantage and picks his opportunities to attack wisely. He was great at the Grassroots Showcase and backed it up at Gibbons. He’s rapidly becoming a name to know in Georgia. - Josh Tec
Talk about a guy that brings some energy. James is a guy that was throwing down some big dunks in transition and fast breaks. He is a multi-dimensional prospect that can score from all spots on the floor. He had a 34-point game and multiple 20+ point games on the weekend. There is something about those Florida athletes and James fits that bill to a T.
Anthony Alston is a shotmaker through and through. When I got a chance to see Scoot, he showed that off. He’s especially dangerous from three. It’s something we’ve seen out of him for a while now. Need a clutch shot? Get Alston a look. He’s someone to keep an eye out for with Grayson (GA) in June and in July. - Josh Tec
