VIRGINIA BEACH—The Virginia Beach Sports Center was home to a talented field of teams during the Grassroots Basketball Finale. We’ve already hit on some of the top guys from our five days in Virginia Beach, and we’re back with some more of the weekend’s standouts.

Logan had as good of a weekend as anyone that I saw. He delivered on a game-by-game basis for TSF and eclipsed the 20-point mark on multiple occasions. The 6-foot-4 guard had a great shooting weekend and showed the onlooking coaches his range. Another thing that I loved about Logan was his willingness to engage and lock in on defense. He was a competitor on that end of the floor. He added an offer from Austin Peay over the weekend. - Josh Tec

Not many guys utilized the live period platform better than PSB Atlanta’s Zyere Edwards this weekend. He was as good and consistent of a player as I saw. He thrived from the 3-point line and got on timely hot streaks from the perimeter that helped propel PSB to the Elite Eight. We’ve seen him put together weekends like this all spring and summer, so it was appropriate that he went out on the highest of notes. Edwards picked up offers from Randolph-Macon and Bridgewater during his time at the Grassroots Finale.  - Josh Tec

Clark has the bounce. He is an aggressive finisher and very athletic. He is one of those guys that  just out-jumps other guys and gets a lot of rebounds and tough putbacks with contact. Clark has a good handle with the ball in his hands and is always in attack mode. He has offers from Chowan, Georgian Court and Catawba with interest stemming from American and James Madison. - Justin Byerly

The big wing lefty that can score in a variety of ways. He is versatile and can get out and fill the lanes and take off in transition which usually ends with him finishing at the rim. He is a skilled board that throughout the week was able to really help Team Takeover in route to their championship run. During the final game he scored 19 points in the win. - Justin Byerly

Lewis is a tough customer. He’s a versatile guy who can fulfill any task on the floor. He’s a wing that defends everyone on the floor, rebounds better than most bigs, and handles the ball like a guard. Over the course of the weekend, I saw him do everything. He routinely led PSB DMV in scoring and helped send them on a deep run in the 17U division. Lewis is an impact player that makes winning plays and doesn’t shy away from doing the dirty work to help his team win.  - Josh Tec
