MARIETTA, GA—The Tournament of Champions Holiday Classic at Wheeler (GA) HS is perennially a must-attend event. Whether it’s their single-day showcase or their two-day tournament, these holiday events always deliver. 

This year, they kicked off one of the busiest, best months of the high school calendar on a high note with some of the best, most talented teams in Georgia. 

After what amounted to be around a 12-hour day, I naturally amassed a lengthy list of standouts, and I’m going to delve into them all in a multi-part look at the event.
