SUWANEE, GA — The Elite Playmakers beat Team WeDat 31-29 to claim the 10U/11U championship at the Georgia Cup Finals on Sunday afternoon. 

Taj Cosey led the way with 7 points—including the basket that gave them the lead—for Elite Playmakers on the big stage. He had help from Jordan Young who also finished with 7 points. 

For WeDat, Stefan Grays scored a team-high 10 points. All of them came in the second half during a clutch run. He got hot from the 3-point line and gave them a spark when they needed one. 

Cosey's presence on defense shined at the end of the game when he came up with steals and secured crucial extra possessions for Elite Playmakers.
