Can I subscribe to multiple states?
Yes! We offer a national plan that gives you access to all of the states on our platform for one low monthly cost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you may cancel at any time and it’s easy to do. Just login to your account, open the "Subscriptions" tab, and Hit “Cancel.” When your subscription is cancelled, you will incur no future charges, but the cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing cycle. After cancelling, you will retain access for the rest of your billing period.
Are subscriptions recurring?
Yes, you can select a monthly or annual plan. The first payment takes place on the date of purchase, with recurring payments occurring in the same amount on the renewal interval (monthly or annual) until you want to cancel.
What is your refund policy?
We don’t refund charges that have already occurred, but you can cancel anytime and we won’t charge you again.
