Louisville fired two assistants this weekend, Luke Murray and Dino Gaudio. Both coaches had been on staff at Louisville since Chris Mack took the head coaching job back in 2018.

The fallout from the firings came soon after with two of North Carolina's top seniors, Bobby Pettiford and Eric van der Heijden announcing Louisville had released them from their Letter-of-Intent to the school opening the door for them to sign elsewhere.
