Adrame Diongue is one of the very best available players in the class of 2022 and he’s inching closer to the end of his recruitment. The big man from Arizona Compass Prep has released his top 8 on Saturday.

Diongue announced he is down to Texas, Texas Tech, Illinois, UNLV, Kansas, Maryland, Oregon State and Washington State.

The Texas schools have been a constant here with the big fella. The Longhorns have been out to Arizona a number times to see him and Diongue has mentioned that he wants to get to Austin for a visit for quite some time.

Texas Tech signed his teammate Lamar Washington in the fall and was one of the first power conference schools to pursue the elite lob pass finisher.

Illinois and Kansas have also been fixtures on the sidelines of his games. The West Coast schools on his list have, too. Maryland has recruiting success at Compass, too.
