HSA Recruiting Update
The 2026 recruiting cycle is in full force as college coaches made their way to different high schools throughout the country today with the live period opening back up and the realization that we are only a couple of months away from the start of high school basketball. Let's take a look at what is going around in the recruiting world for the some of the prospects we saw this past travel season.
Sisk Hosting Programs To Start Live Period
Cutter Sisk recently took an official visit to Wofford College where he also picked up another offer during his visit. The Hendersonville (TN) Beech High School forward was named our HoopSeen Association Player of the Year recently and has a handful of Division I offers. Today, he had assistants from Richmond University and Kennesaw State University in to watch him workout. He has already taken a visit to Lipscomb University and has some more planned.
Locus Picks Up Offer
Zeki Locus, a HoopSeen Association First Team pick has now picked up an offer from Piedmont. The 6-foot guard from Hoop Athens was tremendous on our stage throughout the season. The 2026 floor general plays out of Morgan County (GA) High School and we will be watching for his name more and more during the high school season.
Norcross Heat Prospects Getting Interest
Big man Enzo Wea has received offers from Lurleen B Wallace, Bevil State and Point University. He was named a Top Performer numerous times on our HoopSeen stage and our guy Mekhi McKinney wrote this about him, "Enzo Wea has steadily improved his game throughout the spring and summer with Norcross Heat, but over the past two weekends, he’s taken a noticeable leap forward. Standing at 6’8, Wea’s ability to step out and knock down shots, attack defenders off the dribble, and create plays has elevated his impact on the floor. His continued growth, both physically and skill-wise, has raised his ceiling, and it’s clear he’s just scratching the surface of his potential."
Mekhi Barber has also been getting some interest and offers recently. He has South Georgia Tech and Bevil State involved.
Judge Wilbanks who spent some time on our HoopSeen platform recently picked up an offer from Air Force after a visit. The 6-foot-7 forward from Habersham (GA) Central High School was a legitimate Division I prospect for the class of 2026 and looks like some schools are getting involved.
Team Gold Coast guard Kyler Theophile recently finished up an official visit to Georgia Southern and has 14 other Division I offers to consider and figure out where else he wants to visit. The natural scoring prospect out of Florida was one of the top players we saw on the HoopSeen stage.
