2024 Alabama Fall Preview: Team 2 Evaluations

We had a fantastic day of action on Sunday at the Alabama Fall Preview. During drills, gameplay, and other sessions, our coaches and staff were closely evaluating all the action.

Egan Daley, 2025 PG, Sumter Central: Daley has plenty of raw ability and athleticism. He utilized both of those aspects of his game on Saturday in his isolation game, as multiple people noted his ability to score in one-on-one situations.

Brandon Riddle, 2025 PG, Midfield: Riddle has competed for multiple state championships in his career and it showed at camp. The senior has a high basketball IQ and was looking to share the ball with his offensive weapons.

Taylor Jackson, 2026 PG, JAG: There are players that have a knack for getting to the rim and then there’s Jackson. He was one of the best straight-line drivers in the field, turning into exciting opportunities at the basket.

Carter Sheats, 2027 CG, Hartselle: Sheats did a nice job seeing the floor, whether it was in the half-court or in transition. He showcased his passing and feel for the game throughout the day. He also made some shots in transition.

Brodie Frederick, 2025 PF, Springville: Aggressive isn’t even the word to describe Frederick. Nevertheless, the senior big man dominated the paint with his rebounding and defense. He almost threw down a dunk that would have been the highlight of the event.
