Richey prepping for fall visits

Quinn Richey has carved out a niche for himself as one of the premier shooters in the state of Georgia from the class of 2019.

Now college coaches are working hard to bring the 6-foot-5 shooting guard from Mount Pisgah/Game Elite on campus this fall.

He has already visited Belmont and has plans to visit James Madison (Aug. 31) and Richmond (Sept. 1). A trip to Cornell and Colgate is also in his visit plans.

Richey said he has offers from Saint Louis, Mississippi State, Florida International, Appalachian State, Mercer, Rice, Middle Tennessee State. Belmont, Richmond, Davidson, Charlotte, Cornell, and James Madison are all interested and could offer soon, he said.

“I plan to decided before basketball season but am open to waiting a little longer,” Richey said.
