Logan Hill chooses Toledo

Tod Kowalczyk and the Toledo basketball program picked up some good news Sunday evening, as 2017 Massillon (OH) Jackson power forward Logan Hill announced his commitment to the Rockets.

"Toledo was the first school to offer me and they stuck with me up until my decision," Hill told HoopSeen.com. The coaching staff is awesome, the facilities are great, and I love the campus."

Hill was a standout at Best of the South last July with All-Ohio Red. There, Kowalczyk and his staff monitored the 6-foot-7 forward closely.

"My relationship with Coach K gets better every time I visit. He seems like a coach that appreciates character and hard work ethic. I can't wait to start playing for him."

Hill is successful in-state coup for the Rockets, as several other programs were doing their best to pry him out of Ohio.

"Cornell was an option at first, but Bowling Green and High Point were the big considerations," Hill explained.
