A Look Back: Recruiting Update From NC/SC Standouts at HoopSeen Tip-Off

The HoopSeen Tip-Off was the first event of the year for independent travel programs to showcase their talents on our stage at Suwanee Sports Academy just outside of Atlanta last March. At first take here is what our staff thought about Grady, the first time seeing him with his travel team at our HoopSeen Tip-Off.

“The long and athletic Grady is a playmaker. He scored from a variety of plays on the court. He can finish plays above the rim and is explosive from the wing and in transition”- Justin Byerly

He recently took a visit to Limestone College and has been hearing from Charleston Southern and East Carolina University came to a workout he tells HoopSeen.

Talk about a guy that really caught my eye the first time I saw him, Parsons did that. Anytime I hear the phrase “from Kinston High School,” I have to take a look. He was the definition of what it means to play for that program. Skilled, doesn’t turn the ball over and can just flat out play. His recruitment is steady with an official visit to Wingate University and he is scheduled to go to Mount Olive in the coming weeks.
