VIDEO: Kwe Parker claims City of Palms dunk contest

Future Tennessee Volunteer Kwe Parker is one of the best athletes in prep sports. So when he returned to the City of Palms tournament, everyone in Southwest Florida wanted to see him in the dunk contest.

Parker became a man of the people on Sunday. The 6-foot-1 guard from Wesleyan Christian (NC) put on a show during the dunk contest. Here he is from Bishop Verot High School.
