SUWANEE, GA - The Bob Gibbons Tournament of Champions was a lot of fun over the weekend and the depth was certainly on stage. Let's get into who were the top performers from the most historic stage in travel basketball from the class of 2026.
If you were looking for a guy who could absolutely spray buckets from all over the floor, you could just pull up a chair and watch Graham. The class of 2026 guard from Mint Hill Lakers Elite was good for a couple of 25 points or more a couple of times at the 17 and under level at this year’s Bob Gibbons Tournament of Champions. His quickness to get off shots was outstanding. Mint Hill had a good showing and Graham was one of the reasons why. - Justin Young
The sub six-footer from Mississippi's Community Saved program had some bright moments at the Bob Gibbons Tournament of Champions as an underclassman playing up in the 17 and under division. He showed that his speed can be paired with shiftiness and that allowed the Texan to get any buckets he wanted. Gibson can pull up from deep and bury buckets with ease. You could make an argument that he was the best scorer from the 2026 class in the field. - Justin Young
The first time I saw Will Dopher at our individual camp, he was the hardest-playing player there and one of the most talented. Nothing has changed after watching him with the Atlanta All Stars. Dopher led a 20-point comeback over the Shockers with 15 points, making countless winning plays. Dopher’s ability to finish around the rim, combined with his high IQ and high motor, makes him special. - Mekhi Mckinney
Not just because his last name is Pace, but Alex Pace plays at an elite pace. He ran the show for the Atlanta Xpress in their win over Tre Mann 2026. He was a problem to keep in front of in the open court and continuously made the right play every time down the floor.
